PURPOSE AND RATIONALE' FOR THIS ACTION:
This is necessary to rectify a problem which developed at Orchard
after the original building contract was completed, and which was not
the responsibility of Steele Construction , the contractor. Steele
will do the required work upon approval of this administrative order.
