ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval of Contract Change Agreement No. 8 to HARRIS MECHANICAL CONTRACTING CO.
PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION :
Item No. 33 Was necessary because of the fast tract method used for construction.
The structural steel was bid prior to having complete M & E Documents
completed.
Item No. 93 Was premium time to complete the Mall spaces for the August 13 opening.
