ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
PURSUANT, to the authority granted by the City Council seated as the Board of the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, in Resolution
No. 77-5/25-2, the proper City and HRA officials are directed to approve a revised
Schedule of Prices of Comparable Sales Housing in the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Due to a constant change in housing costs, a revised Schedule of Prices of Comparable
Sales Housing in Saint Paul, dated March 16, 1981, must be adopted to inable accurate
computation on replacement housing payments. The new revised Schedule is based on
the Multiple Listing Service information contained in the Saint Paul twelve month
Statistical Marketing Analysis (1/1/80 - 12/31/80). The results shown on the new
Schedule were derived from a complete examination of all of the houses sold over
• this period in Saint Paul.

Approval of the revised Schedule of Prices of Comparable Sales Housing in the
City of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION;
Due to a constant change in housing costs, a revised Schedule of Prices of Comparable
Sales Housing in Saint Paul must be adopted to inable accurate computation on
replacement housing payments. Pursuant to the Uniform Relocation and Real Property
Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, Appendix 1 (1376.1), 42.457 (a) determining reasonable
cost of a comparable replacement dwelling, which is determined by an examination of
the selling price of one or more dwellings which meet the definition of a comparable
replacement dwelling as set forth in 42.45, and which are most representative of the
acquired dwelling.
