PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION:
1 . Original painting subcontractor wanted add of $490.00 for rolling
on latex paint. His contract was terminated by general contractor
resulting in the deduct. Painting was contracted separately for
$1075.00.
2. Share of cost of additional work required on pipes within wall .
