McCrossan Inc. Contractor, is composed of the following: Provide all equipment, labor, and materials necessary to construct an additional 1939 sq. ft. of walk, 853.5 sq. ft. of drive, 519 lin. ft. of curbing, and all other such items as discussed, including the deletion of one curb planter, one catch basin, and noted portions of sidewalk areas. All work is to be accomplished in a first class, professional manner, and subject to: A. satisfactory completion of all contract stipulations and covenants as a result of the aforementioned change and all work affected thereby; B. the rights of the City are not prejudiced; and • C. all claims against the City which are incidental to or as a consequence of the aforementioned change, are satisfied. RE: Selby/Snelling Commercial Public Improvement AND F TH£ 8� D MANA E41 �q 1 o� S£RVices 7 ACTION REQUESTED: Addition of a limited amount of sidewalk and curb work necessary to complete the project in a first rate manner, at a cost of $12 ,405.81 . • PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION : During construction of contract work, it was discovered that certain additional areas within the project were in deteriorated condition such that they would not integrate properly with new construction and may, in fact, be a safety hazard, requiring immediate repair or replacement. It was determined to be necessary and prudent to replace these areas at this time. Costs were derived as per attachment. .ATTACHMENTS: • Contract Change Order #3
