• 1. The existing salt shed was an old Quonset Hut moved to the present site in 1972. It
is completely deteriorated and in danger of collapse. The plan is to demolish this
building and construct a 40' x 80' wood pole type building in the same location.
2. The Pleasant and View yard and building was used for a period of years by Recycling
Unlimited. The building has been damaged and is not usable in its present condition.
Community Services has prepared an estimate to rehabilitate the building.
3. A backhoe in our fleet will eliminate the need to rent a unit, and also provide for
timely repairs/scheduling of work.
