Godfrey,owner of lots 1,2, 5,6, 7, 8,9, 32, 33 and 34 of Windsor Square, Anton Peterscn,owner of lot 4 , Windsor Square,and John Alfred Johnson owner of lot 3 ,Windsor Square, all of the owners on the line of the alley, herewith described, re- spectively petition your honorable body to vacate the north and south alley lying between lots 1,2,3,4, 5,6, 7,8, and 34 and the east 18.6 more or less feet of the east and west alley lying between lots 8 , and 34 as shown on the attached plat of Windsor Square, colored green. The reasons for said vacation are that the present lots facing on De Soto street,are only 90 feet in depth and it is desirable to increase the depth of said lots to approximately 128 feet in depth. In order to provide an alley in lieu of the one herewith peti- tioned to be vacated, the said Maud M.Godfrey herewith agrees to re plat said property as Godfrey' s Re-Arrangement, and in making said re-arrangement to dedicate an alley 20 feet in width as shown in red on the attached plat of Windsor Square, and the said Maud M.Godfrey recites further, that she had a survey made of siic.b rearrangement and herewith submits a blue print of the original plat.,which her sur- veyor has made, showing said survey and re-arrangement,and the proposed alley to be dedicated. And she states further that the original of the this plat has been presented to the Plat Commission and awaits action of this honorable body before being approved by the said Plat Commiss- ion.
