PAUL: �, LfP4-IP ii I The undersigned, being all of the owners of pr y a I affected thereby, respectfully petition your Honorable �dy to vacate the alley running east and west through Block Ten (10) in Midway Heights, a correct plat of which. Flock is hereto annexed and , made a part hereof; And 44 LL _ being the/owner in fee simple of Lot Fcur (4 n said oc s.nd Qz,...,ia, yi?. ,v being the owner in fee simple of Lot Three (3) in said Bock, h eby propose and agree, if said vacation is made by your Honorable Body, that they will by appropriate conveyances grant and dedicate to the City of St. Paul for * use of a public alley the right-of-way over the westerly eight (8) feet of Lot Three (3) , and the easterly eight (8) feet of Lot Four (4) , the same being an extension of the alley running north and south through the center of said Block, all of which is more specifically shown by the plat hereto annexed, marked Exhibit "A" ; We further respectfully show that the property in said Block north of said alley above requested to be vacated, has been built upon and improved by facing dwellings east and west upon Pusey Avenue , and the owner of the property in said Block facing on Tatum Avenue desires to improve it in the same manner. The alley proposed to be dedicated for public use would be more convenient for all of said Block than the portion of the alley which runs east and west and for which this vacation is prayed; Your Petitioners further show that no improvement has ever been made or any money expended upon the portion of said alley which they request shall be vacated; Your Petitioners further show, if this petition is granted , that they will pay into the Treasury of the City the cost and expense of this proceeding .
