he is the Secretary of the Schurmeier Land And Improvement Company, that he
knows the facts stated in the foregoing petition and that the same are true
of his own knowledge and that he signed the foregoing petition on behalf of
the said Schurmeier Land Abd improvement Company, that the seal affixed to
said petition is the corporation seal of said corporation and that said
B. F. Schurmeier acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of
said corporation. /
