Peterson is the owner in fee of Lots 1, 2, 3, 22 and 23 in said Block 46 of said Desnoyer Park. That said S. P. Crosby is the owner in fee of Lots 4, 5, 6, 19,20 and 21 in said Block 46 of Desnoyer Park; that said P. J.
