The Committee on Streets of the Board of Aldermen at their Adjourned Meeting
held Sept.22nd,1910 made favorable reports of the following petitions for vacations,
and same is respectfully referred to you for proper form of resolution vacating same.
Petition of A.T.Rosen for vacation of alley in Bastine's Addition compensation
being fixed at 400.00 and cost of proceedings.
Petition of the Valentine Clarke Co. at al for the vacation of Doswell avenue
between the west line of Patton street and the West City Limits, compensation being
fixed at $100.00 and cost of proceedings.

1st That the City of : t .Pas1 recently opened? C1iarle0 street on the
north side of said Audition line taking from the adjacent lots about _
twenty(2s ) feet, leaving the smile only about 100 feet in depth.
2nd The present location oi said all is of no practical value by rea-
son of the fact , that there is no way to get in or on to said alley
w _thout going across private property, which is more fully shown in the
aeeonparrjng plan.
3rd That in the opening; of said Charleo street the necessity of an al-
ley is eliminated as the property extends t rough from University ave-
