That said Wilhelmina Keller is a resident of the said City of St.Paul,'iamsey County,Minnesota; that said petitioning corpora- tions are organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota,and that the facts and reasons for such vacation are as follows:-that said property above specified is to be used for the purpose of building an addition to the packinghouse and plant of J.T.
