"°_Tettletcn Avenue" on the east , as shown by the plat or diagram

WHEREFORE, your petitioner respectfully prays that :u'sh
proceedings may be had with reference to this petition as are
more fully and in detail provided for in the Charter of the City
of Paul , to the end that said alley extending north and south
through said Blck Three (3) , Lexington Park Plat lumber 10, may
be duly and legally vacated in the manner provided for in said
Charter .
