Gentlemen: - Pursuant to instruction of the Committee of the Whole, I transmit herewith a new resolution vacating streets and alleys in Dicker- man Park upon petition of Griggs, Cooper & Company and others; the amend- ment embodied being the widening of Aldine street and Fairview avenue to one hundred feet , the dedication of Lots 16 to 30 in Block 7 , and Lots 16 to 30 in Block 8 , facing on University avenue , for park purposes, and a provision that the City shall not be liable for damages for any future change of grade on Aldine street from University avenue to Thomas street .
