Paul, Minnesota. , . lc r Gentlemen:- The undersigned petitioners represent and state that they are the owners of all the land and property adjoining and abutting upon that portion of Tuscarora street in the City of St . Paul, which lies between Drake street and the westerly line of Lot two (2) in Auditor' s Subdivision No . 45, and that they are the majority of the owners of all the land and property abutting upon said Tuscarora street from Drake street to Warsaw street . That no part of said Tuscarora street between said points has ever been opened, graded, improved or used as a public street, and owing to its location will never be required for public travel, and your petitioners desire that that portion of said Tuscarora street extending from Drake street tot the west line of said Lot 2 in Auditor' s Subdivision No . 45 be vacated. That the facts and reasons for such vacation are that the same has never been used as a public street and will never be required as such, and the owners of Lots 19 to 24 both inclusive, in Block 7 of Pinch' s Addition, and Lots 1 and 2 in said Auditor's Subdivision No . 45, abutting thereon, desire to use the same for a wood yard and commercial purposes , and to that end it is necessary that the owners thereof should be enabled to inclose the whole tract of property, including that por- tion of the street sought to be vacated. That a plat of said street and the surrounding property is hereto attached and made a part of this petition. WI-IERE2ORE, Your petitioners pray that the aforesaid portion of said Tuscarora street from Drake street to the westerly line of Lot 2 in said Auditor' s Subdivision No. 45, be vacated and discontinued as a public street. /' -. /------, -4.--- Dated December 1st , 1908 . ____ __ '/:.; .` ,`Wft..,..!"V.S7A, 4,* • :111111r,, • • • ( • ,A TO8HPIIIIM SO' a.TAT • , e.riaft 'to -v-t.rso • y,15.41) W 5111 afl r. e o't ed. bsqc 1.1.finotn.e't lilt 0 9-1 CI 1.0 1: 1•:" nrco• 8± en ;!•.13A..1* no IrSOIVEt • 8± oaf.ea • z-!.a etrietnoo os ewon er! tsAd.
