Gentlemen:-
Pursuant to instruction of the Committee on Streets of the
Board of Aldermen, I transmit herewith a proper form of resolution
vacating alleys in Block 4 , Hamline Syndicate No . 1 and in Block 1 of
Hamline Syndicate No . 2, on petition of Henry Lindemann and others; the
compensation being fixed at $60 and the expenses of the proceeding , and
also the dedication of other alleys in said blocks , as proposed in
the petition .
