erty on the line of all of the alleys in Block Seven (7) St . Tohn' s '"rood.
That all of the property on the lines , streets and alleys here-
in above described is owned by the said Oliver Crosby and. W. 0. Washburn
both of whom are residents of the City of St.P .ul.
That the undersigned, said Oliver Crosby and W. 0. Washburn
respectfully petition your Honorable Body to vacate and close to publi

for the fFrthher reason that none of said streets and alleys hereinbefore
asked to be vacated are new used for public travel and have not been
opened or graded and at present unfit for public travel.
