That the said trustees in pursuance of said authority have entered into a contract of sale with one T.F. Jameson whereby they have contracted to sell him all of Blocks three F ol. 11. ( 3 ) and five ( 5) of said Addition which contract is still in force and effect. 10. That the said T. F. Jameson has entered into an agreement will one V 4 H wes to sell him, when the said T. p. Jameson, acquires title, thereto, Lots 4tme ( 9) to 'Oixteen ( 18) inclusive of said Block five ( 5) of said Addition and said contract is still in full force and effect. 11. That all of said addition and particularly Blocks three ( 3 ) and five ( 5 ) thereof is located in the suburb of the said Fol. 13. City of St . Paul ant near its extreme eastern limits. That the region at, near and surrounding said blocks three( 3) and five ( 5 ) is sparsely settled there being not more than six families living within a radius of one-half a mile thereof. . That the sole and only purpose of said alleys is to afford access to the rear of the lots as Platted; that it is intended by your petitioners to disregard said lot lines, and build houses on said property using therefor and for their • lawns the ehhtire width of said property, between Glen Road Fo1.13, and Burlington Avenue.
