to the fact that no plat of record has been filed with
the Register of Deeds in connection with petition
for the vacation of the alleys in Blocks Three (3)
and Five (5), Burlington Heights Division Number Two.
I never had any interest in these lots,
but was acting as trustee along with Mr. John Townsend
for the Union Land Company, holding the title and

Quite a long time ago I resigned as
trustee and Mr. Townsend is acting as sole trustee.

Board of Aldermen , I transmit herewith proper form of resolution vacating
the alleys in Blocks 3 and 5 of Burlington Heights Division No . 2
Addition to St . Paul , also Rockwood avenue in the save addition, upon
petition of J . 7. Lusk, as trustee, and others ; the compensation being
fixed at Ten Dollars in addition to the expenses of the proceeding .
