The Committee on Str ets of the Board of Alder.ien at their
meeting held Dec. 27th,1906, ordered the within petition of the
Joerns Bros. Mfg.Co. referred to you for the proper form of
resolution vacating the alley abutting on lots 5 to 10 in block 35
St Anthony Park North Addition.
The amount of compensation having been fixed at $5.00

appropriate resolution declaring said vacation; now therefore , it is
hereby
Resolved, By the Cordon Council of the City of St . Paul , that
all that part 'of said alley as shown upon the plat annexed to said
petition, lying between Lote five and ten, both inclusive , in Block 35
of St . Anthony Park North, be and the same is hereby vacated and dis-
continued as a public alley , subject , however, to the following con-
ditions , that is to say:
Such vacation is based upon the condition that said petition-
ers shall, before this resolution takes effect , pay into the treasury of
said. City the stun of Five Dollars ( 5 .00) in addition to the expenses of
this proceeding , which is hereby fixed as the compensation to be paid to
said City in consideration of said vacation. ` I c
