Pursuant to instructions of the Committee on Streets of the
Board of Aldermen, 1 transmit herewith a proper form of resolution
vacating that portion of the alley in Block 35 of St . Anthony Park North.,
which abuts on hots five to ten inclusive in said block, on petition
of the Joerns Brothers Manufacturing Company and others; the compensation
being fixed at Five Dollars in addition to the expenses of the proceed-
ing .
