Notice is hereby given, pursuant to law and the resolution of the Board of Alder- men of the City of St. Paul, a body of the Common'Council of said city, that a petition for the Vacation of that portion of the alley lying and being between Lots 4, 5 and 6 and Lots 7, 8 and 9, in Block 2, of Barney, Norton and Kings- ley's Second Addition to the City of St. Paul, has been filed In the office of the City Clerk, in the City of St:=;Paul Minn., and that said petition will be heard and considered by appointed by the s.aidB ard, of Aldermen on the 27th day of April, A. D. 1899, at 4 o'clock p. in., in the committee room ad- joining the Council chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, at which time and place said•committee will investigate and consider the matter of said vacation and hear the testimony and evidence'on the part of the parties interested. .. The undersigned , owners of more than a halo and quite or nearly three quarters of the property on the line of that certain public alley located in block numbered two (2 ) of Bar- ney , Norton and Kingsley ' s Second Addition to the city of St.Paul, as is more particularly shown by the plat thereof , hereto annexed and hereby made a part hereof, respectfully petition your honorable body to order the vacation of that portion of the alley aforesaid lying and being between lots four (4 ) , five (5) and six (6 ) , and lots seven (7 ) , eight (8 ) and nine (9 ) in said block two (2) , and to close the same to public travel.
