block and in place of said portion of said alleyat vacated 11% -
petitioners offer for public use and condemnation as an alley a

asked for is that the corporation of t . Agnes church,which is the
owner of r..ine lots in the reef erly portion of said block , are de-
sirous of erecting s church en 1 - 2- 1e and 17 cf said
block and the size cf said edifice will require that it shall cccury
all of said lots 2- 2 - le and 17 and cover that portion of the
alley row existirg in said block which is hereby asked to be vecPt-
