Gentlemen:-
The undersigned, your petitioners, represent
that they are a majority of the owners of property on the line
of Payne avenue in the City of Saint Paul between Magnolia
street and Maryland street , resident within the city of Saint
Paul.
Your petitionser ask your Honorable body to vacate the
west seven and 6/10 feet of said Payne avenue between said
Magnolia and Maryland streets.
They ask to have the same vacated so that the said avenue
•
will be straight and that said avenue between said points will •
coincide with the portion of said avenue both north and south
of said portion of Payne avenue . That your petitioners have
caused to be dedicated to the public use seven and 6/10 feet
of land on the easterly side of said avenue so that the same
will retain its usual width . The plan hereto annexed and
madd a part hereof will show the ekact location of the land
asked to be vacated.
Wherefore your petitioners ask that said portion of Payne
avenue may be vacated, and as in duty bound they will ever
pray.
