and used on the west o f the west half of said Blocks , and in tended
to take the place of said Vine street.
That your petitioners purchased these said lots with the
belief and understanding that Vine street, had been abandoned and
vacated.
That said Vine street is of no benefit and there are no
oth er parties into rested in the same oth er than your petition ers.
WfTFR 'FORF, your petitioners ask that said Vine street
be vacated as by law authorized.
