during the whale time of publication of said notice herein- arrangement between the petitioners and oth-
ers representing the City of Saint Paul,and the
petitioners and certain railroad companies, it
after stated, has been and is printed and published in the was agreed that in case certain property should
be conveyed to the City of Saint Paul by Wm.
Lindeke,which has been done,the City would
vacate the west one-half of said street as afore-
City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, and State of .Minnesota. said.
