PETITION for VACATION of ROAD.
To the HONORABLE The COI.':ON COUNCIL of the CITY of ST . PAUL .
We , the undersigned petitioners , respectfully represent
to Your HONORABLE BODY; That , we being desirous of plat-
` ting a certain piece of land situated within the limits of
the City of St, Paul , and which in the records of Ramsey
County stands in the name of x ; and which is shown
on the Plat which ac ' ompanies this petition'; and wishing to
convey and cedicate to the public use certain streets as re—

gnired by law; and it being necessary for this end that the
existing drive way shown by a red line on the said Plat ands
now .running through the said land should correspond with the
