deposes and says that the annexed printed copy of notice Whereas a petition has been filed in this of-
fice by order of the Common Council of the
City of St.Paul, as provided by law, asking
of was taken for the vacation of that portion of Ross street
which lies between blocks(16 and 17)sixteen
and seventeen in Terry's addition to St. Paul,
and the west line of Cypress street and the
east line of Forest street,also,the alley in
from the ST.PAUL DAILY GLOBE, a newspaper which, block(17)seventeen of said i.ddition;and
Whereas the petitioner states that he is the
owner of blocks fifteen, sixteen and seven-
teen in said addition and that the object of
during the whole time of the publication of said notice, the vacation asked for is to enable the peti-
tioner to replat said blocks,etc.
Now,therefore,notice is hereby given that
said petition will be heard and considered by
hereinafter stated, has been and is printed and published the Common Council of the City of St. Paul,
or a committee to be appointed by said Coun-
cil on Tuesday,the 20th day of April, A. D.
1886, at 7:30 o'clock p. m., at the Council
Chamber in the City Hall.
