ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
Pursuant to the 2001 City Budget, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay a stipend in
the amount of $50.00 to each teacher who attends a two hour training workshop on the Risk Watch
injury prevention curriculum, not to exceed $4,250.00. This will pay for all stipend costs incurred by
the Department of Fire and Safety Services to pay teacher attendees of these workshops. The
public purpose is to reduce unintentional injuries to children by providing an evening program for
teachers to cover the Risk Watch curriculum that they will use in their classrooms.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.

Risk Watch is an injury prevention curriculum that teachers implement in the classroom.
