ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul , Traffic Control
Signal Agreement No. 58377, between the City and the State of Minnesota,
Department of Highways, providing for the disposition of costs and responsibilities
involved in the revision of a traffic control signal at the intersection of
Trunk Highway No. 212 (Minnehaha Avenue) and Johnson Parkway. A copy of said
agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein by references.
The States share of the costs, estimated at S1 ,749.00 will be paid from
Trunk Highway Funds and will be credited to PIR fund 60000.
