of the General Fund weekly compensation of $135.00 be paid to
Thomas Valtierra while he is temporarily totally disabled by
reason of injuries he received on July 28, 1976, while employed
by the Department of Public Works and that $135.00 in final
settlement, to and including August 6, 1976, is now due and payable.
