ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, a Building Permit was issued to R. J. Johnson
Construction Company, 65 West Hyacinth Street, St. Paul, Minnesota,
for construction of an office and warehouse building located at the
southwest corner of Ivy Street and Sylvan Street, for which a Sewer _
Availability Charge (SAC) was collected in the amount of $2,100.00
as evidenced by Department of Finance and Management Receipt No. A762
dated January 30, 1976,
WHEREAS, poor soil conditions became apparent during
construction of subject building, to the extent that the structure
had to be constructed to a smaller plan than originally designed,
with the resulting reduction in SAC units required by the City of
Saint Paul, as determined by the Office of the City Architect,
Department of Community Services.
In view of the above, the Director of Finance and Management
Services is directed to prepare a Pay Voucher for a refund of $350.00
• previously collected for Sewer Availability Charge to:
R. J. Johnson Construction Company
65 West Hyacinth Street
St. Paul, Minnesota
and report said transaction to the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission
for proper recordation.
