ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to increase payment to Thomas Dwyer, 674 Kenneth Avenue, Saint
Paul, Minnesota, currently in service to the City of Saint Paul as its
Tennis Director under an agreement dated May 18, 1976; said increase in
payment under this agreement to be an additional $948.00, payable on
September 3, 1976, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, That this administrative order shall be
attached to and made a part of the above-referenced agreement and stands
as recognition by the City of Saint Paul of increased services performed
by Thomas Dwyer as the City' s Tennis Director not contemplated at the time
of said agreement; said additional services being of record and on file
with the Department of Community Services .
