ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
That, the report with recommendations (copy attached) as submitted
by the Department of Fire Safety Services concerning an investigation
of acquisition of Lots 1, 2, 3, and u, Block 9, Schroeders Addition
for expansion of Fire Station No. 14 located at 91 N. Snelling is
hereby approved.
The Department of Finance and Management Services is hereby authorized
in conjunction with the Department of Fire Safety Services to meet
with the affected property owners, and the Department of Finance and
Management is further directed to schedule this project for a public
hearing before the City Council and to mail notices to the affected
property owners advising them of said public hearing.
