In the matter of improving UPPER AFTON ROAD from Burns Avenue to White Bear Avenue;
City Project No. 76-P-0469 as follows:
Construct a bituminous roadway, concrete curb and gutter, driveways, sidewalks, storm
water drainage facilities, landscape boulevards, construct an ornamental lighting
system and do all other work necessary and incidental to said improvement.
The report of the Department of Public Works is approved, and the Department of Finance
and Management Services is instructed to schedule a public hearing before the City
Council .
