ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an Agreement with the University of Minnesota, Depart-
ment of Plant Pathology whereby said Department will engage in aerial observation
of diseased elm trees in an approximate six square mile area of Northwestern
Saint Paul and, further, will engage in experimentation in treating and
preventing Dutch elm disease; the City paying to the University the total sum
of $3,000.00 for such survey, experimental treatment and written evaluation,
a copy of said Agreement to be kept on file in the Department of Finance and
Management Services. Funding Code 33120
