The Director of the Department of Public Works is instructed to remove the existing
driveway into the Phalen Shopping Center at Clarence Street and Prosperity Avenue,
and to construct a new driveway approximately 220' south.
The cost of removal and construction shall be charged to 1976 County Aid funds at
an estimated cost of $8,000. •
