of the General Fund weekly compensation of $135.00 be paid Joseph
Nelson while he is temporarily totally disabled by reason of
injuries he received on April 2, 1976, while employed by the
Department of Public Works and that $432.00 in final settlement,
to and including May 3, 1976, is now due and payable.
