ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
That the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute,
on behalf of the City of St. Paul , an Agreement (a copy of which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference) between the City and the State of Minnesota,
Department of Highways, covering the maintenance and operation of highway lighting
on Trunk Highway 280 between Como Avenue and Robbins Street. The Highway Department
will maintain and operate certain lighting units, previously maintained and operated
by the City. Those remaining lighting units to be maintained and electrical energy
supplied by the City to be financed from Lighting Maintenance Fund No. 02283-371-000.
