No. 267083, the following budget amendments are made to the agreement between
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul and the City
of Saint Paul for the implementation of part of the City's Community Development
Block Grant Year I Program. Said agreement between the City and the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority was executed on July 18, 1975, and authorized by
Administrative Order No. D-2179, dated July 18, 1975.
