ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
The Department of Finance and Management Services, acting through its
authorized director, is hereby directed to hire, retain, and employ
Mr. John Kenna, real estate appraiser, for the purpose of appraising
real property damaged by easement taken for the White Bear Avenue
Bridge project, as described and on file in the Bureau of Valuations
and incorporated herein by reference, for estimated compensation in
the amount of $500.00, and in accordance with the terms and conditions
of the appraisal assignment being more fully set forth on the document
designated as Appraisal Assignment No. 175, on file in the Department
of Finance and Management Services of the City of St. Paul.
FUNDING: $500.00 to be paid from PIR Fund 60000-745-000 (L-7700),
to be reimbursed from County Aid Funds.
