ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, In accordance with Ordinance, C.F. 260772, I,
Lawrence D. Cohen, as Mayor of the City of Saint Paul, do hereby concur and
approve of the appointment made by Roger A. Mattson, Director of the Department
of Finance and Management Services, of Robert W. Trudeau, Chief Accountant, to
perform the functions and duties assigned to the Director of said Department
by law during the absence or disability of the Director, and further do hereby
concur and approve the appointment of William E. Peter, Purchasing Agent, to
perform these functions and duties in the absence of both the Director and
Chief Accountant, and that each appointee be expected to exercise sound judgment
relative to the urgency for decision and disposition of the matter.
