ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that pursuant to City Counc i I Resolution, Counc i I
File No. 266724, approving an amendment to the financing and budget provided
by the City of Saint Paul to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City
of Saint Paul for the administration of the City's Housing Rehabilitation Loan
and Grant Program and the financing and budget provided to said Housing and
Redevelopment Authority for the administration of the Community Development Year I
Program, the attached budget amendments are made to the agreements between the
City of Saint Paul and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority for the administration
of the Housing Rehabilitation Loan and Grant Program and the Community Development
Year I Program. Said amendments will allow the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority to "write down" the interest costs on some $300,000 of Minnesota Housing
Finance Agency funds for home rehabilitation loan purposes.
