ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that Dale Arcand be paid the sum of $5,400.00
out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund in
full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul for
compensation resulting from his injury of March 6, 1975, while
employed by the Department of Public Works, whereby he suffered
a 20% permanent partial disability to his right arm; that of
said sum, $5,400.00 is now due and payable.
