be transferred from Capital Improvement Bond (CIB) Fund No. 94075-002 to Police
Department Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund account No. L-7872, for additional
costs for finishing work in connection with the target range at 100 E. 10th Street,
and that the proper Police Department maintenance personnel be authorized to proceed
with the necessary work at the above estimated cost.
