ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
That the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute
on behalf of the City of St. Paul , a Renewal Agreement between the City and the
Metropolitan Waste Control Commission for the 1976 renewal of the Joint-Use Rental
Agreement No. 92 (copies of both the original agreement and the 1976 Renewal Agree-
ment are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference) . As a result of this
agreement, the City will receive $12,510.00 for the use of interceptor sewers by
adjacent municipalities.
