ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, Building Permits have been issued to Thomas Homes, Inc. for
property located at 2209 and 2211 Matterhorn Lane, being the East 1/2 and
West 1/2 of Lot 8, Block 1, Bisanz Swiss Meadows, for which Sewer Availability
Charges have been collected in the amount of $325.00 each, or a sum total of
$650.00 as evidenced by Department of Finance and Management Services Receipts
Nos. A693 and A694 dated October 22, 1975 and,
WHEREAS, the applicant, Thomas Homes, Inc. , cannot Commence construction
on said property due to the seller's failure to perform on the earnest money
contract, resulting in the cancellation of Building Permits Nos. 796 and 797.
In view of the foregoing, the Director of Finance and Management Services
is directed to prepare a Miscellaneous Claim and refund the amount of $650.00
previously collected for Sewer Availability Charges to:
Thomas Homes, Inc.
2320 American National Bank
St. Paul, Minnesota 55101
and report said refund to the Metropolitan Sewer Board for proper recordation.
