ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that pursuant to the authority granted by City Counci I
Resolution, Council File No. 264630 and Ordinance No. 15751 (Housing Rehabilitation
Loan and Grant Program) and Council Resolution, Council File No. 2664:42 (Council
approval of Community Development Year I Mid-Year Review) , the budget for the
City of Saint Paul 's Housing Rehabilitation Loan and Grant Program is hereby
amended to increase by $350,000 the amount of Community Development Block Grant
proceeds designated for grant purposes, thereby increasing the total for loan and
grant purposes from Community Development Block Grant proceeds to $1 ,350,000.
