OFFICE OF THE MAYOR II II No: ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER Date: NOV 8 1975 ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, Wayne Wagner and Joseph Renteria, Jr. , employees of the Department of Police, were injured in a third-party accident on April 6, 1974, while engaged in the performance of their duties; and WHEREAS, the City has incurred medical expense in the amount of $121.00 for Wayne Wagner and $141. 55 for Joseph Renteria, Jr. , and said employees were disabled from work for a period of time being paid salary in the amount of $679.50 for Wayne Wagner and $828.63 for Joseph Renteria, Jr. , for which the City may claim credit at the rake of $100 per week; and WHEREAS, a compromise settlement has been negotiated between said employees and the other party involved in said accident which provides for a net settlement to the City in the amount of $1 ,770.68; now, ther(fore, be it ORDERED, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized to accept the sum of $1 ,770.68 in full , final and complete settlement of its claim herein for both employees and that said sum is to be allocated as follows: • $737. 50 credited to Miscellaneous Revenue of the General Revenue Fund as reimbursement for Police salaries; $262. 55 credited to Miscellaneous Revenue of the General Revenue Fund as reimbursement of Workmen' s Compensation Fund expenses; and $770.63 credited to the Suspense Fund as employees ' share in third-pasty recovery of City' s subrogation rights.
