ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, In the matter of constructing a public storm sewer,
known as Flandrau-Hoyt Relief Sewer System, whereby a permanent easement is to
be acquired for slope purposes.
The Department of Finance and Management Services is authorized and directed to
proceed with the necessary action to accomplish the acquisition of a permanent
easement for slope purposes over the following parcel :
Except the north 200 feet, the west 30 feet of the NE4 of the NEk
of the SK of the SEk of Section 22-29-22, also the west 30 feet of
the north 84 feet of the SEk of the NE4 of the SK of the SEk of
Section 22-29-22.
The cost of said acquisition is estimated to be in the amount of $3,000 to be
charged to PIR Fund Code 60,000 x-7809• To be reimbursed from C.I .B. fund
